The KdentsTV Student Leadership Program
Join the KdentsTV Student Leadership Program and be part of an exciting community where high school-aged artists take charge! Collaborate with professionals in filmmaking and live storytelling to create impactful content, including web series, film festivals,health and wellness videos and social justice shows. KdentsTV provides a platform for creativity while students develop essential skills like critical thinking and leadership.

Meet our 2024-2025 KdentsTV Student Leaders!
Dillon Kuhl
Dillon Kuhl (he/him) is a senior musical theatre student at Appomattox Regional Governor's School. Cadence credits include Pippin (Berthe), Carrie The Musical (Mr Stephens / Bliss), Annie Jr (Bundles), and Heathers The Musical (Beleaguered Geek). He has also been in Crazy For You, Rent, Once Upon A Mattress, Men on Boats, Something Rotten, The Prom, and other productions. At school he is the Public Relations officer of the International Thespians Society (ITS), the Vice President of the Inner Club Council (ICC), and the founder and leader of the Songwriting Club. In his spare time, Dillon takes voice lessons from Ben Miller and participates in Touring Ensemble at SPARC.
Sam Mathis
Sam Mathis (she/her) is a junior musical theatre major at ARGS. Favorite roles include Theo in Pippin (Cadence) Little Sally in Urinetown (SPARC), Adam/Audrey in As You Like It (Cadence), and Angel and Tamara in Help Desk (SPARC). Outside of school, Sam participates in SPARC’s Touring Ensemble and takes voice lessons from Ben Miller. Sam also has a passion for music and is a vocalist in the ARGS Jazz Band.
Zachary Mazzo
Zachary Mazzo (he/him) a senior at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School, has been involved in theatre for over a decade across different states. In his fifth year with Cadence Theatre and third with Kdents, he currently serves as a director, writer, designer, and board member for MLWGS Drama. Known for his creativity and teamwork, Zachary plans to study Entertainment Business, combining his love for the arts with his interest in management.
Myles Freeman
Myles Freeman (he/him) is a junior at Deep Run High School who has been involved in theater for eight years and has worked lighting for the last three years with Out of The Woods productions. Credits include Into The Woods, Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death, Beauty and The Beast, Ghostlight, Tracks, Pippin(Cadence), and other productions. Myles serves as lighting manager with Out of The Woods Productions, a member of the Thespian Society, and a student at the Advanced Career Education Center (ACE TV and Media). Myles is a focused and passionate individual who finds great satisfaction in seeing his skills improve. In his free time, he enjoys video creation, story telling, editing and fitness. He plans to pursue both stage lighting and film in his future.
Marissa Wood
Marissa Wood (she/her) is a senior at Manchester High School where she is president of the theatre company. Some of her favorite credits include Sam in Cheating Death (Lancer Theatre Company), Logainne Schwartzandgrubenniere in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Lancer Theatre Company), and a Featured Dancer in Pippin (Cadence). Along with theatre, Marissa loves dancing at Chesterfield Dance Center. She is very excited to be a part of KdentsTV this year!
V Lowden
V Lowden (he/him) is a senior at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School. He has worked with Cadence for over a year as a counselor for their children’s camp, and has been involved with theater ever since he was 7. When he’s not doing homework, which is pretty rare, he is hanging out with friends, listening to music, or playing piano. He is very excited to be involved with Cadence through KdentsTV for the 2024-2025 season!
Carter Quigley
Carter Quigley (he/him) is a junior at The Collegiate School. Carter discovered his love for performing while participating in acting camps and hasn't looked back since. Previous Cadence Credits include Heathers: Teen Addition (Big Bud Dean) and Carrie The Musical (Tommy). Additional shows include Little Shop of Horrors (Patrick Martin), Mean Girls: Teen Addition (Arron Samuels), and Hadestown (Orpheus). He enjoys playing piano, guitar, and singing with friends. Carter also loves traveling, eating new foods, and going on runs. Carter is super excited to be back with KdentsTV for another amazing season!
Holden Reynolds
Holden Reynolds (he/him) is a sophomore musical theater student at ARGS. Previously Holden was seen in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Linus), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), Men On Boats (Just Jim), Carrie: the Musical (Ensemble), The Prom (Ensemble), Peter Pan Jr. (Peter Pan), and others. Holden studies voice with Stephen Rudlin, dance with Pam Turner, piano with Brad Berkley, and brass with Marcus Grant. In his free time, Holden enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and talking with his friends. He is very excited to be involved with Cadence in the KdentsTV 2024-2025 season!
Connor Maddux
Connor Maddux (he/him) is a junior at J. R. Tucker High School, and has been doing theatre since a very young age. His favorite credits include Pippin (Pippin), Carrie the Musical (Tommy), The Inspector General (Dobchinsky), and The Taylows feature film (Zane). He is currently in production for Hadestown, Teen Edition (Orpheus) and participates in Touring Ensemble at SPARC. At school, he is very involved in the theatre department and is the historian of the drama club. In his free time, Connor enjoys long distance running, volunteering at the SPCA, and spending time with friends! He is very excited for his second season at KdentsTV!
Luna Forlano
Luna Forlano (she/her) is a senior at Maggie Walker Governor's School and loves anything musical!! Luna has been a part of numerous shows around the Richmond community including Heathers The Musical:Teen Edition, Carrie: The Musical, and Chicago: Teen Edition. In her free time she loves to write songs, play the guitar, and spend time outdoors. She is super excited to be a part of KdentsTV for the third year in a row!
Charlie Bender
Charlie Bender (He/Him) is a senior musical theater major at Appomattox Regional Governor’s School. Some of his favorite past performances include Anne of Green Gables (Matthew Cuthbert), A Christmas Carol (Scrooge), The Lion King Jr. (Scar), and My Son Pinocchio Jr. (Geppetto). Charlie takes dance classes at The Miller Studio and voice lessons with Juan Pineda. When he is not performing, you can find him driving, watching nostalgic TV and James Bond movies, reading, shopping on Amazon, writing essays, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time with his dog, Molly. Charlie would like to thank his teachers, friends, and family for all their support.
